We tend to lack antithesis. There is that which is true God, and there is that which is no god. God is there in opposition to His not being there. That’s the big antithesis. And there are antitheses in relation to His revelation from Genesis I on. There is that which is given which is antithetical to its opposite. When we see men ignore or pervert the truth of God, we must say clearly — not in hate or anger — “You are wrong.
